The Duotank system is ideal for just about any liquid, but is particularly well-suited for beer. The competitive benefits of the system over conventional barreling (kegging) are considerable, most notably, cost savings and low maintenance requirements. In light of the new expected labour law (which stipulates that one may not lift more than 25kgs), the Duotank system offers an immediate and lasting alternative to the heavy barrels.
Loss reduction is a further advantage. When compared to the conventional beer barrel system which can lose up to 30%, the Duotank system minimizes the loss to less than 2% generating higher turnover and profits.
