The Duotank delivery units and beer trucks are theperfect, complete transport solution for the provisioning of beer tank installations. The combination of modern technology and advanced software monitors the beer quality along the supply chain from the brewery to the client.
The superstructure of the delivery units is manufactured from high-quality materials, including stainless steel, polyester and PUR sandwich panels, which guarantee a long service life.
Since 1990 Duotank has a durable innovative relation with the Royal Grolsch N.V. from Enschede. In 2008 this resulted in a special narrow gauge transport solution.
This compact narrow gauge truck (only 8 meters of length and less than 3,5 meters high) complies trouble-free with the in cities more often obligatory Euro 4-norm, without the use of AdBlue. The beer tank truck consists of a closed bodywork structure from insulated plates with several doors to access the equipment for filling the tank and delivering beer. The tank has a volume of 100 hl (10000 litres) and is constructed of high-quality stainless steel just as the pipes and equipment that is finished sanitary. The narrow gauge truck contains a CO2-unit that regulated dispenses CO2 during the filling of the beer tanks in the outlet. Besides, this unit controls the CO2-level in the beer along the way. For filling the tank and delivering the beer a sanitary beer hose of 60 metres is used. The essential procedures like filling the tank, delivering beer, cleaning the tank and the pipes (CIP) occur automatically. The beer tank truck is provided with a control panel operative by a touch screen. The weight of the total narrow gauge truck is about 6350 kg (excluding 100 hls of beer).
