Since the year 2015, Duotank has been granted the ISO 9001:2015 certification. The certification allows companies to look at quality from a different point of view. Where in the past the customers point of view was most important, the paradigm has now evolved to include all stakeholders. The achievement of this certification illustrates the determination of Duotank to maintain and optimize quality and customer satisfaction.
The ISO 9001 (version 2015) is the standard in the field of quality management. The certification ensures optimal quality and customer satisfaction by searching and eliminating any potential risk that could effect quality. Risk related to customers, suppliers, employees and government have now been included in the risk assessment. Risk related to customers and customer satisfaction is still considered to be top priority and is therefore addressed first. ISO 9001 has been developed in a way that there is more transparency towards the processes, that are being conducted within the company.
The severity of the risk will be determined based on what kind of procedures or working instructions will follow in order to diminish, or to decrease the risk to an acceptable level. In October 2015, Duotank Group has been successfully audited according to the ISO 9001:2015 procedures. Since Ocotber 2015 Duotank has to be audited annually, fulfilling the requirements set by ISO 9001. This way the Duotank Group is able to ensure the best possible quality towards all stakeholders.
