Transport Solutions, Fresh beer any time anywhere!
We have developed transport solutions to suit every demand. As you can see on our factsheet dedicated delivery possibilities
we have a solution to deliver beer to one bar up to dedicated beer trucks if you already have several tank beer installations installed.
To make sure we offer you the right solution we briefly explain each step:
Transport solutions for 1 or 2 bars,
If you want to start with tank beer in only one or 2 bars you only need a transport tank or event tank. Have a look at our video to see how it works.
You fill this tank at your brewery and transport the tank with content to your bar. In the bar you simply connect the transport tank
to your serving tank and push over the beer from the transport tank into your tank at the bar. You only need to put 2 bars of pressure
on your transport tank and 1 bar of pressure on your serving tank. Physics will do the rest. Because the beer remains pressurised and
sealed within the inliner (due to our unique Bag-In-Tank concept) no extra CO2 or oxygen comes in contact with your beer.
This to make sure the quality of your beer remains perfect.
The transport tank is insulated making sure that it only loses 1 degree of temperature per 24 hours (at 20-25 degrees Celsius outside temperature)
making it possible to transfer your beer without having to cool it actively. Of course you can also use this tank to serve beer on an event or to serve
directly from the tank within your bar. There are transport tanks available in 100, 250, 500 or 1000 litre. This system starts from 4.985,- Euro.
There are also transport tanks with build on cooler and compressor so that you have a transport solution and a plug and play event solution in one.
2 bars and more,
If you are looking for a solution to transport beer to 2-15 bars we also have for each situation the optimal solution. The base of each solution
is our Standard Delivery Unit or Compact Delivery Unit. The main difference between these systems is the fact that the Compact delivery unit
has a pump and a certified flow meter which can be calibrated for tax purposes. The Standard delivery unit has a normal flow meter
and ticket printer but cannot be certified. Have a look at our video to see how it works.
Besides the delivery unit you add a number of transport tanks. The number of tanks that you need depends on the volume you want to transport,
distance you need to travel and frequency you want to deliver. If you are interested, we have a special simulation program in which we can
determine based upon more than 60 variables which solution will fit best for you and what will be the return on your investment.
Our solution with the Standard Delivery unit starts from 35.800 Euro’s and our solution including a Compact Delivery Unit with OIML MID certified flowmeter
and pump starts from 77.800,- Euro’s. Of course we also have dedicated beer trucks if you want to deliver beer to more than 15 bars, if you have specific weight limitations or are looking for rail or overseas transport solutions.
