Need clarification?

Which variables and data does the DSO system monitor, display, and record during transportation using a Duotank delivery unit or dedicated truck?

The DSO system records all operational procedures, including delivery, filling, CIP cleaning, and purging. It also logs operator information, the used inliner, the location of the delivery unit, the customer location, and the type of beer.

During these procedures, the system monitors and records temperature, pressure, and volume data.

What data does the DSO system generate from the tank beer installation at the customer site?

When the tank beer system at the venue is equipped with STS sensors (Single Tank Sensors), it generates data relating to the beer level/volume, temperature, and pressure in the tank.

Is the data generated by the DSO system real-time data, and how accurate is it?

The data generated by the system is indeed real-time data.

In terms of accuracy, the pressure and temperature readings are highly accurate. As for the beer volume in the tank, the system can measure it within a margin of approximately 10 liters, provided that the system has been installed and configured correctly.

Where is the data generated by my DSO system stored? Is the data secure, and does it comply with applicable privacy and data protection regulations?

All customer data is kept strictly separated through a dedicated database that is created for each customer on a secure Duotank server.
