Introduction

The Belgium Peak Beer story began in 2016, when some old friends wanted to start brewing their own beer.  Our biggest question at that time was the location. After a long period of brainstorming, the solution was somehow pretty clear for us. One of the wildest places in Belgium, “de Hoge Venen”, was the place to start our project. The more time passes, the more convinced we are about this location. “De Hoge venen” is one of the most beautiful places in Belgium and provides a water source that is pure and perfect for high-quality brewing!

How did Peak beer found Duotank?

We already knew about Duotanks before we started the brewery and our restaurant. It was their practicality and aesthetics that convinced us that the beer tanks of Duotank would fit our plans perfectly!

So we bought three 500-litre Duotanks right from the start. These tanks now are hanging above our bar, so we can serve all our guests our own brewery-fresh Belgium Peak Beer! And everyone can see where the beer comes from.

Expansion

Besides the three serving tanks, last year we bought a mobile Duotank system (Event tank). This system we use for transportation and storage of the brewery-fresh beer, we even use the event tank for small local events.
